Breastfeeding support groups are informal drop-in sessions for parents who have questions about breastfeeding, or who simply want to meet others who are breastfeeding.
You’re welcome to go along before you’ve had your baby to see what it’s all about, or any time after your baby is born, for advice, support, or just a chat.

To talk about infant feeding concerns, book an appointment through your Health Visitor. Or drop in and use the baby weighing station, then stay and socialise.

Breast Buddies – Teesside Breastfeeding Support
If you can’t drop in to a breastfeeding support group in person, you can still get help and advice by joining the Breast Buddies – Teesside Breastfeeding Support Facebook group.
The online group offers top tips, advice, and key information from other local parents on their breastfeeding journeys.
